I manage the care of my invalid parents from long distance. They live in Chicago in the house they bought in 1958 and I live in Miami. I have made all caregiver decisions and travel to Chicago monthly for more than four years!

Losing My Voice
I am losing my voice from all the intense emotional conversations--all day long, on both phone lines, and with visitors for 13 days now.
